16.3 guys! Looks like it’ll be a fun one!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes:

10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

Notes
This workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. At the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete will perform 10 power snatches, then move to the pull-up bar to perform muscle-ups. After 3 reps, the athlete will move back to the barbell and begin their next round.

Your score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 7-minute time cap.

Scaled:

10 power snatches (45/35)

5 jumping chest to bar pull ups

You can find a video demo of this work out here. And you can find detailed movement standards here.

If I haven’t already been in contact with you and you do want to participate in this weeks open shoot me an email Mel@firefitness.com

We start  at 11 am Saturday!

See y’all then 🙂

  1. I think everything posted made a great deal of sense.

However, think about this, what if you were to write a awesome
headline? I am not suggesting your information isn’t
solid, however what if you added a post title
to maybe grab people’s attention? I mean 16.3 – CrossFit SomervilleCrossFit Somerville is a little boring.
You might peek at Yahoo’s front page and watch
how they create article headlines to grab viewers
to click. You might add a video or a pic or two to grab people excited about everything’ve got to
say. In my opinion, it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
