Squats

This programming cycle is all about being explosive and building aerobic capacity to improve our power clean and 2k row. There are many ways to approach this but the back squat is an effective and simple way to do this.
Our workout is descending ladder of shoulder to overhead and burpees. This give us a chance to move fast and move well. Let’s get after it!
