This strength cycle we are focusing on our power cleans and our overall aerobic capacity. The cleans for many of us will involve cleaning up technique elements. If you are still working on understanding the movement this can be approached as skill day. Regardless of what camp you fall into we will be finding our set up between each clean. In other words the cleans are not touch and go.

For our workout we have a quick combination of lunge steps and toes to bar for our gymnastics element.

Strength:

Power Clean triple

**Not touch & go

WOD:

5 Rounds

16 Overhead walking lunge steps (45/35)

8 Toes to bar

Was really excited about this one because it’s the first WOD where I’ve actually managed to do toes-to-bar the whole way through (even if I couldn’t string them together)!

Didn’t do the WOD but I did 16.5. I’m having trouble walking today. Everyone looked good in the 5,6 and 7 classes! 😀
