Our work today will center around a wide selection of explosive movements. Whether you are push pressing, jumping, or swinging that our connection throughout the each movement will help us get stronger.

The workout is structured as an ascending ladder of box jumps, wall balls, and kettlebell swings for 15 minutes. Get ready to use your hips, and stay connected through all these movements.

Push press

WOD:

1-2-3-4-5-6… for 15 min

Box jumps (24/20)

Wall balls (20/14)

KBS (24kg/16kg)
