Cleans and rowing are two very distinct movements and yet they are strikingly similar in sequence. They both require using the legs to create power and the arms to receive the bar or finish the stroke.

The strength today is metabolic so the weights should stay light. To finish the day we have another explosive movement where you’ll get a chance to sprint. The faster you go the more you rest you get. Let’s get after it!

Strength:

EMOM 12

3 Clean & jerks

WOD:

3 Rounds

500m row @ 4:00
