Thanks to all of you that showed up for gymnastics last night! (cough cough… Adam…) The focus y’all had on the details will really pay off with a bit of patience and continued focus.  For those looking for something a little more playful, come join us for Primal Practice with Aaron Cantor this Sunday from 1-3!  Movement, games and genuine human relating are all on the docket for what looks to be a beautiful day.  The class is in Zen Planner, but no need to sign up, just show up!  $10 for members and $20 for everyone else!

That all being said, today will a fun set of challenges, starting with a complex barbell lift and finishing off with some things a little more on the “natural movement” end of the spectrum.  I look forward to seeing all of you morning folks who I don’t run into very often…

    OHS was less than I had hoped for–this time I didn’t have Travis for inspiration, or maybe there’s just something in the air, other than my usual miasma of loinal musk…

    STR: 65#
    WOD: 5 Rx
    Attempted 75, got two, then failed. I think I could’ve gotten it if I had time for another attempt, so that’s a goal for next time. I stumbled on one of the wall walks and fell to the side and had to redo it, so that was a bummer.

    STR: 125# Its my wrist strength that limits me on this! ugh!

    WOD: 7+8 RX. Finally a WOD that does not feel like shit 😀
