Spring cleaning
As spring takes a firmer hold on our world our bodies will be asking to slough off some of the winter stores. Today’s work is all about cultivating a feeling of lightness, first by pulling our weight up and then with an old CrossFit classic bodyweight WOD. Think light and keep a bouncy nature to your movement in this one to get through it faster and to leave yourself feeling better in the days following.
