Back squats & dumbbells

Dumbbells are a fun tool that can help us expose imbalances in our body. The workout is simple triplet using dumbbells a couple of different ways.
When choosing a weight for the dumbbell push press make sure to pick a weight you can lift with both shoulders in a safely. The lunge steps will be done with same weight. Enjoy!
