The strict press is an excellent tool for building strength. Todays workout is a spicy couplet of kettlebell swings and burpee box overs. The burpee box overs are meant to be done any way you’d like. You can vault over the box, crawl over the box. Just get up and go over the box!

Every :90 for 10 Rounds

10 Kettlebell swings(70/53)

10 Burpee box overs

    STR: 120#
    WOD: 1:30… Rx until burpee box overs fell apart and had to scale the number.
