Hittin it backwards
We do our best to fit as much as we can in within an hour each day. Even so, often times many of us feel rushed on our strength work so we can get ready for the WOD. Today, we’ll hit a short WOD first and then have the rest of class to find a heavy double with our deadlift. The WOD should definitely get us warm and ready, so take advantage of the extra blood flow and core tension to lift something heavy!
