Bang Bang!

Today’s skill is pistols. A pistol is a single leg squat that requires hip and ankle mobility. Many of us can squat our bodyweight while standing on both feet. When we are left with one foot to stand on it becomes a different challenge.
The workout is a series of movements done in short and intense bursts. Transitioning from one station to another smoothly will serve you well.
