The elements of todays workout increase in skill level as you progress. We’ll start with moving across the floor on your hands and feet. This was left ambiguous intentionally so you can choose your own adventure. Next we have toes to bar and lastly handstand push ups.

As usual, scale as needed for this. The rep scheme is intentionally low for the technical movements so I challenge you to challenge yourself.
