Roll with the punches

The workout today is all about rolling with the punches. It’s an AMRAP with an ascending ladder of knees to elbow and jumping deck squats. The knees to elbow will likely be the most challenging movement. So if it slows down in the last couple minutes, thats OK, just roll with it and keep going.
Additionally it’s been awhile since we’ve snatched so we’re back at it. We’ve got triple for the hang squat snatches for strength.
