Burpees + Wallballs

Our strength is a straight forward push press.
For the workout we’ve got some primal stuff, gymnastics, and combination of movements we are used to doing separately. Burpees and wall balls! How do they work you wonder? Do a burpee to the wall ball then pick up the med ball and squat and throw it to your target and repeat!
