The last six weeks have been all about pushing and pulling and I have seen many of you improve in one aspect or another. I hope you see it too!
This upcoming cycle is all about learning or honing in on how to stabilize weight overhead in a number of different ways. For our workout we have an AMRAP/ chipper of wall balls, kettlebell swings, shoulder to overhead, and double unders.
Let’s start this new cycle with an open mind and start moving some weight.
