Y’all are getting so good at running that we’re adding a twist today to keep things fresh.  The medball we use for wallballs is going to come along for the ride on our 200m run.  There are many ways to hang on to our friend as we sprint through the course, and while some are easier than others, there is no one right way.  Embrace the cognitive challenge of how to run while carrying, but note that this will be a short one, so we’ll want to sprint right out of the gates!
