Which is exactly what we’ll do today. Our strength work will not only be getting some heavy loading through our CNS, it’ll also be prepping us for some lifting in the WOD. The workout will look just like 6 rounds of the CrossFit benchmark “Cindy” but instead of keeping it just bodyweight work, we’ll end each round with a semi-big deadlift.
