Lotsa Squats
So many squats today! We’ll start doing some heavy single front squats that we’ll have to power clean from the ground first. This will help get us ready for the WOD where will have to do the same thing for much higher reps at a lighter weight. The only things breaking up all those front squats will be a 400m run, so enjoy it!
