Jerks & pull ups

Hang power cleans and pull ups are the stars of the show today. For the workout we will have 6 rounds, each round consists of 2:00 of work. Each time you will complete 5 hang power cleans 200m run and max effort pull ups for the remaining time. Your rest is built in after each round so don’t be afraid to attack each around.
