We’re gonna shake things up bit and start with the workout first. The work is simple combination of rowing and sit ups. In between rounds complete one wall climb.

After the workout the remaining time will be used to work on snatching. For more experienced athletes we’ll be working on a challenging double. If you are new to snatching in general you’ll have plenty of time to feel things out.
