The workout today is a simple combination of movements that are guaranteed to get your heart rate up. What can be better than that? Lucky for us the rest is built right in! Have fun and attack this workout.

Updates:

This upcoming Monday July 4th there will a holiday schedule. There will be open gym from 9:00-11:00 am and a workout running from 10:00-11:00 with JT. So if you plan on staying in town feel free to come in and get some work done before your social engagements.

For athletes interested in competing in The Battle for Bosteros a few changes have been made. If you have any remaining questions feel free to email Mel. All athletes are encouraged to sign up!
