Pause squats are back! We’ll be doing these on the clock so you’ll have to stay focused get comfy in the bottom of that squat. If you fall into category of the highly mobile or could use some improvement, this a great exercise in control and a good learning experience.

The workout is a colorful combination of running, gymnastics, and dumbbell snatches.

Strength:
Front squat every 2:00
3 Pause Front squats
(2 sec hold)

WOD:
AMRAP 12
200m Run
15 Toes to bar
15 Dumbell snatches (60/45)
