Clean pulls and cleaning

We’ve been trying to spruce things up around here by reorganizing the dumbbells and wall balls. If you have left anything at the gym in the last couple months, we have a lost and found and we’d really appreciate if you would take a look. We will place the lost in found by the front door for the next two weeks July 17-July 29. After that we will donate the clothes, shoes, etc to people in need.

The workout today is Elizabeth. This a classic girl workout that has full (squat) cleans and dips. Both these movements require as much healthy range of motion that we can get. So we’ll start class by prepping your shoulders for dips and cleans with clean pulls.
