Push

The skill today will be gymnastics style pushing. Some examples of movements are push ups, handstand push ups, and dips. The workout includes a number of variable elements that change in weight and rep scheme while others stay the same.
The squats throughout the workout varies in volume and load while the burpees remain the same. This will require some set up and forethought for the weights you use today.
