We work with reloading a bar from overhead back into rack position fairly often. This a useful skill learn for efficiency in workouts. Our strength today is a great opportunity to practice that skill. Today the bar will start behind us on the back of our neck. This poses a challenge because we can’t see the bar when we reload it onto our backs. So take the time today to practice and feel things out.

In the workout we are lunging with the bar and adding some basic pushing and pulling. The rep scheme is small so it’s not a bad day to challenge you push up and pull up scales.

Strength:
Behind neck snatch grip
Push Press
3-3-3-3-3

WOD:
AMRAP 11
6 Back-racked lunge steps (75/55) *back step
6 Pull ups
6 Push ups
