Heavy overhead, fast on the floor
We’re hitting another heavy single today – this time in our push jerk. We’ll then have a WOD that could take as little as 6 minutes, but more likely 10-12. We’re putting a cap on it so we don’t get over zealous with our choice of load. 155/105 is a bit heavier than we normally work with in these situations, and that combined with bar facing burpees (different than just burpees over the bar – quite a bit more taxing) might leave us sucking a lot more wind than we expect. Load up and get after it, but make sure you’re moving much more than you’re resting.
