Double the barbell, double the fun
We’re getting after a longer one today with two (2!!) barbells and some pullups. We’re going to take some extra time to open our shoulders, hips and spine up to make the thrusters as smooth as possible and we’ll have plenty of time to get the right weight on the bar. Keep your focus on what you have next to do and you’ll get through this no problem!
