We’re flipping again! You know what to expect by now, so be ready to work when the WOD is done. After a short AMRAP that will help us wake up and open up our shoulders, we’ll be overhead squatting. We’ll already be nice and warm, so stay limber and be ready to test to stabili- and mobili-ty.
