The workout is a spicy selection of effective movements that are guaranteed  to get your heart rate going. All of these movements have a very simple thing in common; hips and midline. The hips help cultivate power and your midline helps transfer power.

So as you deadlift, throw, swing, or jump remember to stay connected!
