I am beyond excited to announce that we are hosting a FuBarbell Foundations seminar! Spend a full day with Coach Diane Fu of FuBarbell learning movement progressions and technical drills for improvement in the snatch and clean & jerk. All are welcome! The seminar will be held on Saturday October 1st from 9am-4pm.

And finally, today’s workout is Mary which is a classic Crossfit workout. There are high skill elements involved so we’re going to use the beginning of class to explore them. Our goal is to find an appropriate scale for each one. We’ll also work on will be cleaning up kipping on the bar.
