Friends, we are excited to announce that we are hosting a FuBarbell Foundations seminar! Spend a full day with Coach Diane Fu of FuBarbell learning movement progressions and technical drills for improvement in the snatch and clean & jerk. All are welcome! The seminar will be held on Saturday October 1st from 9am-4pm.
