Going hard this weekend!
Hey Friends! We’re getting after “DT” today! A favorite of barbell lovers, DT lets us throw some heavy weight around three different ways. And while yoga might be the perfect thing to do the day after, Jenna is out of town for the weekend. So while there’s no yoga class Saturday morning, if you’re looking for some way to unwind your body through movement, come try Calvinball at 11!
