Squats and snatches

Hi friends! It’s been awhile but it’s good to be home and with all of you!

We have some fun things for you today. We’ll be playing with pistols (single leg squats) and dumbbell snatches. These two movements are distinctly different but they require unilateral loading. This can often feel awkward but it’s a great way to find balance and challenge basic shapes we often see in the gym.
