Putting it to Work
We’ve been working that pressing strength and we’re putting it to work today. Nothing fancy – just a good old-fashioned CrossFit mix of Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Cardio. This is one that you can take all of your hard-earned technique and lean into the WOD with raw intensity. So load up the bar, pull hard at the Row, and dig into the Dips.
