In the spirit of being constantly varied, we’re going to get after a long one that’ll be just as much rest as it will work.  There’ll be a baseline set of burpee sprints to start us off in each odd minute followed by as many reps as we can muster of a rotating set of movements.  The even minutes?  Just rest.

Lots of rest equals more recovery and more consistency with our sprinting.  Rev your engine high, recover, repeat.

WOD:

EMOM 32

Odd minutes: 6 burpee sprints
Then ME
a) Toes to bar
b) Box jumps (24/20)
c) Inverted shoulder taps
d) Lateral jumps

Even: Rest
