It’s time to get back after our front squat and check our progress from the last six weeks.  We’ll have plenty of time to warm up proper – the WOD is a short and simple burner.  So leave as much as you can on the platform and let’s see some PR’s!

    WOD: 7:07 @ 16kg. Meh, heavier KB would probably have been better.
