Hangin’ out

We have a new movement to introduce today; hanging hip touches. We spend plenty of time hanging off our bars. Today we are going to use all that practice and try and hang with one arm at a time.
This is more difficult than it sounds. It requires us all to grip the bar with intention and stabilize that shoulder in order to perform the movement with control.
