Hello friends! I hope you had a good weekend. We have some simple movements today to start the week. For our strength, we have front squat doubles. The rep scheme is low so the load should be heavy.
The workout has pull ups, push ups, and sit ups. The simplicity of these movements means there is little reason to stop. So get after it and have a good day!
