Heavy volume
With a focus on heavy lifting this cycle, we’ve got some straight up work today. High volume of heavy deadlifts. While these aren’t sets across like last week, all of our working sets should be heavy. That set at 135# as you start piling on the 45’s doesn’t count.
Think of your working sets as starting around 70% of your max for the day. Six sets at and above this weight will do you well.

Come along and bring your friends for a Charity WOD this Sunday, Oct 23, at 10 am to benefit Community Cooks. CFSV partners with Community Cooks every month to provide a nutritious meal to the Ruby Rogers Center in Union Square. Suggested donation is $25.
