Hey Friends! Just a reminder – We have a fundraiser going on Sunday during open gym… See below for details!  Also, our Olympic lifting and gymnastic classes are switching back to Wednesdays from their Thursday slot.

For now, though, we have some power cleans from the hang to work on followed but a triplet in classic 21-15-9 CrossFit style.

Come along and bring your friends for a Charity WOD this Sunday, Oct 23, at 10 am to benefit Community Cooks. CFSV partners with Community Cooks every month to provide a nutritious meal to the Ruby Rogers Center in Union Square.  Suggested donation is $25.  Please sign up on eventbrite… but if you just show up, we’ll get it figured out anyway. 🙂 Workout will be appropriate for ALL levels, so beginners are welcome and it can be a fun way to give a friend an intro to the special community we have here.
