Happy Halloween! We’re open, and we’ve got plenty of treats for you this fine Monday.
Hopefully you’ve recovered from your weekend parties and finally washed off all the glitter from your “Sexy Troll Doll” costume on Saturday night. That said, there’s usually plenty of glitter on the gym floor at CFSV, so you won’t be out of place if you haven’t.
The workout and strength today are not tricky, though – just some straightforward fun. Deadlifting for heavy doubles, followed by a fast triplet including jump ropes, wall balls, and pushups.
I know Kirstie and I are both planning on a little costume fun tomorrow, so in case the workouts aren’t enticing enough – just imagine what shenanigans we’ll be getting up to!
