Still Sprinting
It’s getting a little cold and dark out, so running outside is basically done for the season. BUT! That doesn’t mean we can run at all… Today, we’ll be doing some sprints across the gym in our WOD. 25 feet isn’t a long distance to get our speed up, so we’ll be working on accelerating fast as well as changing directions quickly.
The single leg deadlifts preceding the WOD will help prep our hips, legs, knees and torso for the strong positions we’ll want to maintain in the sprints. Let’s wake up our butts and get them ready to work for us!
