Sometimes we just need something to push against. Physical outlets for stress are severely lackingin this world.   Mental stress can pile on effortlessly with nowhere to go.  Come, move, and find release.

    WOD: @35# w/knees to chest (or so), 8:10. In theory 40# might have been the right weight.

    I really like the concept of everybody posting to this blog as a means to get better and record progress regardless of where they are. As much as many a workout intimidates me, and no matter how much I have to scale in order to complete it, I know that I’m getting stronger and thank everybody for their encouragement along the way. So here goes my first post….

    STR: 60#
    WOD: 9:41 with 15# plate and knees getting to wherever they could go. Not pretty, but I try.
