Franrap
I hear it all the time… “Fran is a great workout, but i feel like it could be… more.” If this is you, well then you’re in luck!
Today brings us a “Franrap” of sorts. Instead of the usual 21-15 -9, we’ll be putting this classic pairing in an AMRAP. This should allow us to challenge the weights and scales we use. One way or the other, it’ll all be over in 10 minutes.

WOD: 7 rounds @ 65# with band-assisted pullups turning into ringrows 1/2 way through.
WOD: 6+3 @ 75#. Tried band-assisted pull-ups but turned into ring rows pretty quickly.
