The holiday season is upon us. We have a limited class schedule this week so if you need more details check out Zenplanner and if you have any questions please feel free to email or ask us in person. We are retesting our deadlift from a few weeks ago. You’ll have plenty of time find a heavy set of five. The workout is quick one where the bear crawl stays the same and the toes to bar keep increasing. I challenge you not to use a whiteboard or chalk and try to keep track of your rounds in your head. Sweating and counting can be hard but I believe in you!

50′ Bear crawl
1,2,3,4,etc. Toes to bar

    WOD: 8+50; TTB through 4 rounds, then scaled down

    WOD: 9+55; like Josh above TTB through 4 rounds, then scaled down

    STR: 255#. 30# up from 10/14, pretty happy with that.

    WOD: 10+51 Rx.
    First 5 rounds were fine, after that my hips were shot and couldn’t string the TTBs. Made me realize how much hip action there is in a TTB.
