Something a little different

Today we’ve got front squats and a triplet with rowing, hang squat cleans, and burpees. The front squat weight will be limited by how much you can full clean. You are welcome to front squat that weight sets across.

On one hand, I half-wish I had tried a little more weight. On the other, squat cleans finally “clicked” for me, and I’m thrilled about that.
