Bar on bar on bar

If you’re a lover of the barbell, today is for you!  There’s so much barbell, we had to toss in a little EMOM gymnastic work during the WOD to keep it fresh (though really, we’re just trading one bar for another).

After getting nice and warm (and strong) working our way up to a heavy double with our front squats, we’ll work our way through a barbell chipper.  50 reps of each movement, just one time through.  To keep us from getting too caught up in the vomule of reps, every minute we’ll hit one strict pull up (or properly challenging scale).  That being said, the weight is light, and while building pull up strength is something we could all use, let’s see how few pull ups we can do on this one…
