Frosty lifting

It’s gonna be a frosty one friends! And we’ve got some great programming to dig into on a frosty day!  Nothing too technical or mentally taxing, just some weight to move.  Not much too it, but I will give out our recurring gentle reminder to wake up your butt and put it to use!  If you don’t, your back or knees might take more than their share of the load…

    WoD: 7 rounds w/KB @ 28 kg and WB @ 20#
    Frosty and Spicy at the same time!

    I just never really got “warm” for the WOD today. I just couldn’t get the engine running until the last minute or so; maybe I need to run around the room a few times before the WOD on these cold days.

    WOD: 6+3, 1.5pd and 16# wb

    Wasn’t really feeling it today, the KB swings felt like a struggle and never got a good rhythm with the WBs.
