Holiday schedule

Our holiday schedule is as follows:
We will be closed the weekend of Christmas (Dec 24th & 25th)
Closed Monday morning December 26th (Noon and pm classes will resume as usual)
Closed December 31st- Jan 1st
Classes will RESUME Monday January 2nd

Winter can be a tough time of year so today we’ve got a technical strength and a great workout you can dig into. Get all the extra energy out with hurdle sprints. If you didn’t get a chance to try them a couple of weeks ago you will today. They are a fun iteration of floor sprints with a bounding element.

Strength:
Single Leg DL
x3 each leg

WOD:
5 RFT
6 Hurdle Sprints
10 DB Squat Cleans (35/25)
5 Push ups

    …followed by a really slow bike ride home and an unusually challenging climb up the stairs.

    WOD: 10:31, Squat Cleans @ 25#

    Those squat cleans were a rude awakening to my quads.
