I hope all of you had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays! If you’re anything like me I ate way too much food and enjoyed the company of friends and family. It was awesome I regret nothing. 🙂

So to get us all back into the grove of things we’ve got a nice long workout to settle into and work off some holiday cheer.
